This has been a family favourite for years! Loved by all of our three kids - it’s simple, delicious and packed full of all the stuff your body needs to help look after itself.

You can add in some additionals if you’d like - I occasionally add in a 1/2 scoop of organic, raw chocolate protein powder (I use Sunwarrior) after a long or hard run - but I don’t do this often, perhaps 2 - 3 times a week.

If you have kids and they’re a little “picky” with colours, then stick this in a steel container and give them a reusable steel straw - they’ll be lapping it up no problem!

We hope you love this one, obviously you can swap in some berries - but blueberries always take the win for us.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 large banana (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 cup coconut water OR oat mylk

  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • Top up with filtered water

  • (additional 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder)

Method

  • Add all ingredients to your high speed blender and blitz for 40 - 60 seconds

  • Enjoy this one - allow the goodness to support your body!
