Wild & Wild is a fiercely independent plant based café, serving the best quality, intentionally sourced ingredients that we can in an environment that aims to inspire intuition, creativity, connection & wellness.
We’re looking for an experienced & passionate individual that is searching for a new challenge. Wild & Wild is evolving, & we’re now set to launch our shiny new brand, BAR TIPI, which will be creating an additional offering to our growing business.
This role is for someone that has a genuine love of food, wellness & hospitality & looking to get involved in a business with a big vision that strives for continual growth. The ideal person will have managerial experience within a bar / cafe before with plenty of knowledge & understanding about the ins & outs of running a business that is focussed on customer loyalty & excellent service. We want someone to lead from the front, inspire an incredible team & have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong organisational skills & a keen eye for detail are a must to take this company and its offerings to the next level.
Eye on the bottom line of the business at all times.
A consistent presence on the café floor, giving incredible service.
Lead weekly meetings with the team, convey sales & things to improve going forward.
Comprehensive grasp on stock & orders and working within a budget.
Continue our incredible relationship with our suppliers, meet with them regularly & always work to lower costs.
Thoroughly organise the team, day to day, continually improving efficiency and service.
Be respected by all other members of the team.
To be present in meetings with Managers, Directors and Investors to discuss the business, make improvements going forward & relay that information clearly and precisely.
Gently work to up-sell to our customers, increasing sales & improving their experience.
Understand gross profit, operating margins, par levels of stock and constantly working to minimise costs, increase profits & continually improving
Working autonomously & responsibly, leading our team from the front, inspiring each person to be the best they can be.
Share the vision of the business and communicate this effectively to the team & our customers.
Have the courage to step forward & make decisions that would benefit the business’s success & growth.
There for our customers wants & needs, to service each & every customer with the experience they deserve.

Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 45 / week
Salary: £22,000 - £23,500 / year
